Graduate / Diploma Courses related to Hotel / Catering Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Presentation
Excellent in English communication

Job Description-

• Will be overall responsible for Catering Site Operations.
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the Catering Operations
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Preparation of duty roster for all the Staff Members of the Team
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Provide a Healthy, Hygienic & clean dining atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction
• Smooth coordination between Food Production and Customer Service in meeting service standards through best practices & on the job training
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
