As a Sr Channel Sales Representative, your focus is to manage (planning and execution) all aspects of Channel Sales, Marketing, Customer service, Technology promotion and product delivery in Pacific region. It will support existing partners and customers as well as qualified suitable new partners (OEM, Distributor and SI etc.) to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the Channel partners, to provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of GTM strategies A proficient understanding sales strategy of Tridium and Technology of Niagara FW Develop new business opportunities by leveraging internal & external partners, prioritize opportunities, execute and convert it into real business Ability to brief and provide training to the customers in the region Lead Marketing Communication activities in Pacific, including product launch, road show, forum and customer event etc. Promote Tridium and Tridium’s technology into targeted industry and verticals Be an expert with respect to the region, including focused market/Industry, products, technology and competitive landscape etc. Key Experience & Capabilities: Bachelor's degree or above with strong technical background in field, such as computer or software, Automation Control or HVAC equipment etc. 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Technical Support functions 8 years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC equipment management, Automation Controls in Commercial or Industrial market etc A proficient understanding of software architecture concepts. Ability to explain them in both technical & general terms Strong communication skills both written and verbal Self-sufficient, good teamwork, proactive and strong execution skills Customer driven and service attitude Can travel across Australia Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
