REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma is required, Culinary Degree preferred.
• 7 years of culinary experience.Position requires immediate knowledge of cooking principals and visible supervisory skills.
• Illinois Sanitation Certificate, basic computer training a plus.
