This role entails providing strategic HR leadership on a part-time basis, approximately 15 hours per week over a 3-month period. Employee Relations: Advise leadership on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution. Policy Development: Provide input into HR policies that are fit-for-purpose, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. People Strategy: Contribute to the design and execution of a forward-looking people strategy that supports growth and engagement. Recruitment Strategy: Advise on recruitment approaches to attract, retain, and develop top talent. HR Systems: Offer input into HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including governance and compliance. Proven track record advising on employee relations and performance management. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience contributing to people strategy and recruitment frameworks. Familiarity with HR systems and technology platforms. Exceptional communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fractional/part-time executive capacity. Benefits Fractional - 15 hours per month.
