Facilitate alignment on strategy and operating priorities across executives. Track cross-functional initiatives and resolve conflicts. Establish strong management discipline and track performance metrics. Support culture building and trust within the organization. Requirements 15+ years of experience in executive support, strategy, or operations. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong business judgment and experience in fast-paced environments. Ability to drive execution across teams without formal authority. Experience with organizational transformation preferred.
