QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in EPC projects, specifically in water and sewerage pipeline construction within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., ADSSC, ADDC, ADM) and infrastructure standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Lead and supervise all civil engineering activities on-site
• review and approve construction drawings method statements and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and utility authorities (e.g., ADSSC, ADDC, TRANSCO) ensure project alignment.
• Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and ensure timely execution according to project schedules.
• Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and adherence to project specifications and authority requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve engineering and construction challenges.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and tender evaluations when required.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover procedures of civil infrastructure.
