Translate client feedback into actionable B2B marketing strategies and campaigns. Create lifecycle content to engage clients at pivotal moments in their partnership. Develop communication plans in response to crises and market updates. Execute engaging event planning moments for clients both in-person and digitally. Manage account-based strategies for upsell pursuits to optimize client engagement. Ensure consistency across all client touchpoints to deliver a unified narrative. Surface and promote client success stories through various marketing channels. Requirements 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Ability to create compelling client-facing content. Strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaborative ability. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Exemplary communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Experience in digital health and/or employer benefits is a plus. Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Suite products.
