In this role, you will be essential in ensuring seamless interactions with clients while driving operational efficiency. Working in close partnership with internal teams, you will deliver exceptional service, strengthen relationships, and enhance operational outcomes, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and business growth. \n Accountabilities Manage and resolve client support email/ticket inquiries in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows. Communicate client needs efficiently to relevant departments. Assist in distributing approved program-wide communications. Create and maintain accurate department procedures and documentation. Complete various account maintenance and research requests effectively. Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition. Participate in special project planning and execution to enhance program effectiveness. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate across departments to accomplish tasks. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking, prioritizing skills, and meeting deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3+ years of customer service experience. 3+ years of experience in the credit card industry. Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of industry experience.
