THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Cloud Analyst within Lincoln’s Retail Solutions organization. This position will provide technical leadership, subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives. You will function as a technology leader in architecture design, planning, and delivery of enterprise services both on premise and in the cloud.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide direction on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability, working with colleagues and vendor partners.
  • Lead engineering of software as Lincolns moves forward in its Cloud Transformation with AWS.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for their assigned area(s) of responsibility..
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that systems are designed, developed and implemented from a business point of view.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
