JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Cloud portfolio & delivery Consultant will be responsible to Establish a consumer-driven cadence to provide insights on platform usage, design enhancements, and service maturity. Up-skill to enable a consulting practice - share value-add of Cloud, industry developments, and technology releases with consumers.
Expectation is to have deep knowledge of Cloud including new services, lifecycle and Cloud delivery. This role guide consumers along their journey to enable cloud solutions from experimentation to production and support all aspects of delivery can be supported for the portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and consolidate demand collection for the assigned portfolio, collaborating with scrum masters, product owners and Technology partners to ensure that decisions are actioned
  • Engage with business leaders and partner on developing new cloud-based and AI driven business products.
  • Strategize cloud journey and roadmap with consumers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments via training, cloud partner engagement, and industry conferences.
  • Participate in triage meetings with assigned portfolio to develop a forward view of requirements and analysis of requests requiring CCoE support. This is accomplished through communication, collaboration, and portfolio management and planning.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment of priorities, approaches, and activities across teams to effectively deliver on overall team objectives.
  • Collaborate on process improvements, and quality assurance of the process inputs and outputs.
  • Enable consumers to achieve their business-driven cloud adoption metrics with the assistance of CCoE teams, while establishing consumer-driven cadence to provide insight into cloud enhancements and migration progress.
  • Provide end-of-implementation surveys for consumer feedback, collect results, and prioritize improvements across CCoE - monitor and strive for improvements.
  • Receive consumer roadmaps with the intent of layering in Cloud functionality to support business outcomes following the path of:Receive roadmaps à Be part of building roadmaps with Cloud services à Become a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate on plan shares earlier with Digital Business and Technology Solutions Core IT partners and Business to develop a sense for the types of Cloud services and solutions that will be required
  • Define the cloud centric measures and performance metrics which will track the effectiveness of the services we deliver to our customers
  • Develop and maintain documentation for each assigned portfolio, including meeting minutes, hand-over requirements, and any other required documentation supporting the intake or delivery process.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored in the SharePoint site, Service Now, and other locations identified by the process.
