The HT Group is partnering with a prominent security company in Austin, TX who is seeking a Sr. Collections Specialist to join their team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) collections, has strong analytical and research skills, experience with cash applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume portfolios. This is not a consumer collections role—experience handling collections from corporate clients is required.
Pay: $25-$29/hour depending on experience
Model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
