QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system operations and principles
  • Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work in hospital environments
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on commercial HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various equipment types
  • Work with rooftop units, air handlers, VAVs, fan coils, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hydronic systems, pumps, exhaust fans, and more
  • Operate efficiently and independently in the field, including work in healthcare settings
  • Accurately document service calls and maintenance records using CRM software
  • Provide exceptional service and communicate clearly with clients
