Candidates with demonstrated, consistent experience in commercial property management are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in commercial property management (Office, Retail, Medical Office, Industrial, Redevelopment) is required for consideration. Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial assets in line with Cirrus Asset Management’s policies, budgets, and business plans. Lead property performance with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, and maximizing asset value and leasability. Partner directly with the COO, Commercial Division, on business plans, annual budgets, and execution of operational strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and their representatives, responding with urgency and driving timely resolution of issues. Drive tenant satisfaction and retention by leading proactive service delivery and resolving issues quickly and effectively. Prepare and deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly variance analyses. Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost control initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact between tenants and service providers. Manage collections, payables, and financial reporting in accordance with company standards and timelines. Lead risk management efforts, including insurance compliance, incident response, and loss prevention. Support leasing efforts by ensuring spaces are market-ready, providing input on deal terms, and budgeting landlord work. Serve as the main liaison between ownership, tenants, and Cirrus leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field - Required 5 years minimum of consecutive commercial property management experience, with leadership responsibility - Required Colorado Real Estate License - Required CPM and/or RPA candidates - Preferred IREM/ BOMA certifications a plus Strong understanding of commercial leases, including abstraction and critical terms Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance Experience managing vendors and driving accountability Strong communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Yardi experience preferred Additional Information Commercial Properties throughout Colorado $100,000 - $115,000 per year Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
