The HT Group is partnering with a well-established community bank in the Elgin, TX area to find a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager for an immediate need. This role goes beyond traditional commercial lending—it’s an opportunity for someone ready to take a leadership role in the community and potentially become the local face of the institution.
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Consumer lending. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, structuring and closing both commercial and consumer loans, and managing an existing portfolio with a high level of service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending (CRE, C&I, and consumer lending)
• Formal credit training preferred
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Active involvement in community and local networking events

• Originate and manage commercial and consumer loans, as well as deposit relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through community engagement and networking
• Deliver tailored financial solutions with exceptional customer service
• Maintain and grow a healthy loan portfolio
• Represent the bank at local events and serve as an active community leader
