Senior Commercial Strategy Architect Role Summary: We’re looking for a strategic thought leader and operator to serve as a Senior Commercial Strategy Architect. In this role, you will shape long-term strategic direction, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, and unlock business value by aligning commercial priorities with operational execution. Key Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Commercial Growth Strategy Leadership, lead development of multi-year commercial strategies in partnership with executive stakeholders. Drive large-scale initiatives that align product, sales, and operations with enterprise growth goals. Translate complex data and insights into actionable strategic plans. Serve as a thought partner to Product, corporate strategy, marketing, and other Business Unit leaders on go-to-market initiatives. Build business cases for new market opportunities, partnerships, or technology investments. Mentor junior strategy team members and promote a culture of innovation and accountability. Design go-to-market strategies for new offerings, including product positioning, stakeholder alignment, and enablement planning. Develop service blueprints that connect to our customer journey to visualize and improve the end-to-end customer experience, from first touch through retention. Ideal Expertise / Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or commercial operations. Proven track record leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives. Deep understanding of healthcare or health technology preferred. Proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign or similar. Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels. Skilled in human-centered design, agile methodology, or AI/technology enablement. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Design Thinking, or a related field required. Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or PharmD) strongly preferred.
