As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Community & Events Manager to elevate our community engagement and event experiences.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr. Community & Events Manager will play a key role in building and fostering a strong, engaged community around Prezent while also leading the strategy and execution of industry events and customer engagement initiatives. This person will develop and implement community engagement programs, manage high-impact events (both virtual and in-person), and drive customer advocacy efforts. They will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure events and community programs align with Prezent’s broader business objectives and brand positioning.
This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at relationship-building, has a passion for creating memorable event experiences and vibrant communities, and most importantly is someone who is highly organized and detail oriented.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of experience in community management, events, or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful in-person and virtual events that drive engagement and business results.
  • Strong experience in building and managing communities, customer advocacy programs, or influencer networks.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and industry leaders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking event and community engagement KPIs to measure success.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and customer engagements as needed.
  • Preference for someone who has sold to or worked within the BioPharma or Technology space
