What we need
As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in building the foundation for scalable, data-driven compensation programs that grow with us. You will be responsible for benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation cycle support, collaborating closely with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
What we do
The Compensation Team is part of the Human Resources organization and is responsible for managing how employees are rewarded for their work. This includes developing and administering pay structures, incentive programs, bonuses, benefits, and other financial rewards.
What you’ll do
Exposure to global compensation practices or international market data.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
