Description:

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Data & Analytics, Business Management, and/or Human Resources / Labour Relations;
  • Direct experience in a Compensation role is an asset;
  • Working towards CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation would be considered an asset;
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process including research, end-to-end employee survey matching, data validation, interpretation and professional presentation of findings for TD’s line of business;
  • Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models as needed to support both cyclical and ad hoc project-related deliverables;
  • Support all compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise and equity valuations;
  • Monitor trends in the external market;
  • Support the team of advisors with professional business-related research and analysis.
