The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 MIN – 175,000 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity analysis to determine appropriate compensation levels.
  • Analyze and administer base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation guidelines.
  • Lead or support annual compensation processes (e.g., merit increases, bonus planning, market reviews).
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide competitive offers and compensation recommendations for new hires.
  • Perform compensation modeling and analysis to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in compensation; recommend adjustments to programs or policies.
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with federal and state laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity).
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and communication of compensation tools, dashboards, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with HRIS to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, modeling) and data visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense).
  • Experience with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in global compensation or working in a multinational company.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems.
