REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in Human Resources including at least 5 years in C&B.
  • Minimum 5 years in managerial position.
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / Required
Responsibilities
  • Implement Compensation and Benefits philosophy in the assigned region affiliates.
  • Design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, to assure that they are competitive in accordance to market in the Country/Region, as assigned.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Develop, recommend, interpret, and implement human resources policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and comply with the C&B budget.
  • Support three Large Business Units (AVD, EP/HF and SH) in the CR Manufacturing location.
  • Serve as a liaison between the affiliate, Area Compensation, Corporate Compensation and Benefits, Divisional HR Management, Consultants, and Benefit Carriers in terms of Compensation and Benefits programs and strategy.
