The Senior Compensation Specialist will play a critical role in delivering centralized, best‑in‑class compensation operations across Honeywell’s global enterprise, with a primary focus on the APAC region. This role serves as the hands‑on compensation operations expert within the HRS Compensation Operations (Comp Ops) function, providing data‑driven support across all businesses, functions, and geographies. Partnering closely with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) and Human Resources, this role ensures the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Honeywell’s compensation programs, systems, and processes. The Senior Compensation Specialist will enable a compensation framework that is performance‑driven, market‑competitive, internally equitable, and compliant with local and global regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong combination of compensation expertise, analytical capability, systems proficiency, and operational excellence, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.
