This position is responsible for building and continuously improving affiliate risk management environment through leading and developing multi raise-the-bar projects in Lilly China (e.g. digital and automation solutions development), conducting risk-based monitoring activities and programs with high integrity. This role will collaborate cross-functionally across many different levels to drive high quality risk assessment, execute risk management strategy, and conduct risk detection and prevention capabilities of the affiliate. The role will report to Associate Director, Ethics and Compliance, leading monitoring and data intelligence.
