The Role: The Sr. Configuration Associate will lead and manage key aspects of our internal projects, training initiatives, quality assurance processes, and ongoing technical support. This associate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen understanding of training and quality assurance methodologies. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.  The Responsibilities:  Training and Quality Assurance  * Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the internal implementation team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.  * Oversee the creation and maintenance of training documents, manuals, and materials.  * Conduct quality assurance checks on training processes and materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency.  Internal Projects  * Lead and manage internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within scope.  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.  * Proactively identify potential risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.  * Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment.  Keeper of Training Documents  * Maintain a centralized repository for all training documents, manuals, and materials.  * Ensure version control and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.  * Implement improvements to enhance document organization and retrieval.  Quality Assurance Check  * Establish and execute quality assurance processes for both internal and external projects.  * Monitor and evaluate project and training outcomes to identify areas for improvement.  * Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and enhance overall project performance.  Ongoing Technical Support  * Provide leadership in delivering ongoing technical support to internal teams and external clients.  * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective support services.  * Implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support processes.  Existing Client Change Requests  * Perform existing client change requests, working closely with account management and technical teams.  * Communicate effectively with internal contacts to manage expectations and ensure successful implementation of requested changes.  The Desired Attributes: Experience  * Extensive experience in project coordination or a related field.  * Proficiency in MS Excel is crucial, as reporting and dashboards will play a significant role in daily responsibilities.  * Proven track record of successfully managing complex processes.  Customer Focus  * Ability to understand and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders  Team Collaboration  * Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  * Experience coordinating and collaborating with various departments.  Adaptability  * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.  * Willingness to learn and implement new technologies and processes.  Problem Resolution  * Skill in resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.  * Ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions.  Organizational Skills  * Strong organizational and time-management skills.  * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.    Additional Position Information:  * Onsight, Hybrid or Remote Opportunity   * Location: HYDE/HYDW  * Core Hours: As per business requirement, core hours 8 hours per day/one hour break  * Core Days Worked: Monday - Friday  The Benefits:  * Company-Sponsored Health Insurance [https://pages.meazurelearning.com/india-employee-hr-benefits] * Competitive Pay   * Healthy work Culture  * Career Growth Opportunities   * Learning and Development Opportunities  * Referral Award Program  * Company Provided IT Equipment  Learn more at www.meazurelearning.com [http://www.meazurelearning.com/] Meazure Learning is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Meazure Learning is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
