Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company is seeking a Sr. Construction Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and/or the Managing Principal with the processing of project documents during the bidding and construction phases of a project and supervising/managing one or more Construction Administration Coordinators. General responsibilities include but are not limited to the following * Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and administrative processing of construction Contract Documents * Develop and implement training processes for Construction Administration implementation company wide. * Establish and maintain standards of practice for Construction Administration within the firm. * Assisting with the bidding phase of projects, including preparing addenda * Processing of construction administration submittals and requests for information (RFI) utilizing Newforma project information management software * Tracking change order proposals, assisting in the proposal evaluation process and preparing change orders utilizing Newforma project information management software. * Assisting with preparing requests for proposal (RFP) from contractors * Establishing, updating, and maintaining detailed project information in the firm’s software applications. * Preparing various project management reports to monitor project status during construction. * Preparing for and participating in project construction meetings and others as required * Providing general administrative support as requested by Project Managers, Principals, project team members and other Construction Administration Coordinators as necessary. * Communicating with clients, design team members, and others as required. * Oversee and supervise Construction Administration Coordinators as necessary.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Construction Administration Coordinator will assist project managers with the processing of construction documents and bidding phases. They are also responsible for supervising other coordinators and establishing company-wide standards for construction administration.
