JOB TITLE: SENIOR ENGINEER- CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT: CMG REPORTING TO: MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION (Role to which this role reports) REPORTEES: NIL (Roles reporting to this role) SPAN OF CONTROL: NIL (No. of associates reporting to this role) JOB SUMMARY (Brief about the existence of the position) To maintain the activities like site management/Execution/Planning/Commissioning at project site. We are looking for incumbents to work at one of our Projects located in Delhi & NCR Region. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties) Erection and supervision of PEB structures as per the schedules Follow – up of material requirements at site with head office Co-ordination with client/consultants Processing of contractor bills ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities ) Customer relations management and customer service. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES/ GROWTH ASST MANAGER/ DEPUTY MANAGER FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES ( Key skills requires) 1.Technical Knowledge in Civil, Architecture 2.Computer Skills ( MS- Office PowerPoint, Excel and word) 3.Knowledge of Structural civil works 4. Have to travel to various sites situated in the region BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Self Starter Good communication skills. Go-getter attitude Good at People Management. Co-ordination Skills desired AGE:23-28 yrs QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.TECH(CIVIL); Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY:: 3-4 years experience preferred in PEB companies / Industrial Project Sites / working with Large Contractors in Government & Private Sites. (Total yrs of experience) LOCATION OF WORK: Karnataka Region
