KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Specific analysis efforts include but are not limited to the following:
  • Ensure IAM governance structures adhere to defined policies, standards, and controls. Ensuring that IAM core capabilities, IAM operations, business stakeholder usage and application integrations follow the governance structures.
  • Maintain a continuous and strong security posture across all business and IAM stakeholders via ongoing, proactive reviews of account access and authorization, and designing short- and long-term improvements to ensure violations are remediated.
  • Facilitate translation of business and operational needs from workforce and front-line channels and related stakeholders to improve existing capabilities and define new IAM transformational capabilities.
  • Engaging business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities and services across various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management
  • Support business and technical stakeholders to evaluate and update appropriate access for both users and privileged users. Provide guidance and direction to managers on analyzing and delivering up to date data.
  • Analyze changes in policies, procedures and products; determine the impact on the group functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

  • The Senior Professional, Identity & Access Management Provides advanced levels of analysis and leadership across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders and other analysts supporting IAM controls, including ongoing access attestations and audits, as well as operational improvements and transformational initiatives for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) services.
