The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in developing and implementing credit risk strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the risk management framework and driving the strategic direction of credit risk analytical initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities-
1. Credit Risk Strategy Development: Design and implement frameworks for credit risk strategies across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
2. Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical models and data analysis to identify risk trends, assess creditworthiness, and inform strategy enhancements.
3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various teams, including underwriting, collections, and finance, to develop an integrated approach to credit risk management.
4. Executive Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, strategy recommendations, and performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk strategy within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling, with expertise in risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience with credit risk frameworks, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to various audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive cross-functional initiatives.
