• Deliveringexpert consulting services on complex mapping correlations aligned with e-invoicing, e-reporting, and EDI best practices.
• Advising customers onbusiness application requirements to support e-invoicing, e-reporting, or trading partner EDI needs.
• Interpreting business processes and translating them into technical specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinating development activities across global teams.
• Providing leadership and direction to analyst and mapping teams, ensuring priorities are clear, best practices are followed, and quality deliverables are consistently produced.
• Taking ownership of non-standard or complex problems and driving them through to resolution.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to define implementation designs and functional requirements.
• Managing multiple, complex projects concurrently.
• Identifying and resolving issues during unit and user acceptance testing.
• Producing clear documentation, status reports, and escalating issues where necessary to the Project Manager.
