Job Description We are looking for a Specialist with solid experience in payments systems, particularly in card transaction authorization. This professional will coordinate the development and the certification process with new customers and evolution of products in a platform that ensures efficient, secure, and compliant transaction authorizations, with deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard product rules and specifications. Qualifications Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and the dynamics of our target markets. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with cross-functional/multicultural teams, clients, and partners. Strong critical thinking and vision, with the ability to articulate and implement improvements in processes and products. Proven experience as a Tester or Implementation Specialist in the payments industry, with a focus on card authorization. Deep understanding of Visa and Mastercard product rules and technical specifications. Familiarity with authorization flows, ISO 8583 messaging, and integration with acquirers and issuers. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Intermediate to advanced English (for reading technical documentation and interacting with global partners). Spanish will be considered as plus. Analytical skills to interpret metrics and identify process improvements. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
