About the role As a Manager/Senior Manager Consulting, you will make an impact by leading and delivering consulting services to help clients solve complex business and technology challenges, particularly in the supply chain and Warehousing domains. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with leaders, stakeholders, and clients. In this role, you will: Provide consulting services, working closely with clients to address business and technology challenges. Advise clients on critical supply chain issues in the Logistics and Warehouse management domain. Drive business and technical transformation for clients in Supply Chain and Warehousing. Deliver outstanding client results and facilitate client teams in implementing recommendations. Lead and support business development pursuits, including RFI/RFP responses and proposal writing. What you must have to be considered Master’s in business administration or equivalent. 10-15 years’ experience in consulting, product management, or business analysis with exposure to IT systems and package solutions. At least 2 lifecycle implementation experience with Manhattan Associate’s Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) as a process/functional consultant Hands on experience with driving client workshops, defining solution design, document process flows and business requirements; Application configuration and troubleshooting Deep operational and process expertise with Warehouse management, including Warehouse Layout and Locations, Process flow, Inventory management, Waving and Picking Operations, Operational reporting, Yard Management and Labor Management Experience in Warehouse Automation (MHE Integration) space will be advantageous Experience in consulting or as an industry SME in retail, consumer goods, travel, or hospitality sectors. Experience handling large-scale transformation projects around supply chain and logistics. Flexibility to travel to customer locations upto 50%25 of the time These will help you succeed Hands-on experience designing and implementing Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) solutions; familiarity with other COTS WMS solutions is a plus Experience delivering tangible business outcomes in Warehousing for retail, consumer packaged goods, logistics, or transportation industries. Proficiency in broader supply chain domain areas, including processes and technology. Experience in agile product development/implementation as a product manager. Experience working in onsite/offshore models and flexibility to work in client time zones as needed. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to apply frameworks to design and present solutions. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as a delivery owner.
