As a Sr. Content Marketing Senior Specialist at Genesys, you will help shape the customer journey through engaging, high-impact content. You’ll produce thought leadership articles, SEO-rich web pages, blogs, and multimedia assets that guide prospects and customers from awareness to adoption.   • Develop impactful, original, and persuasive content across a variety of marketing materials, including blogs, web pages, ebooks, and thought leadership articles
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to produce engaging, buyer-centric narratives that drive conversions
  • Partner with web, design, and UX teams to deliver compelling, user-friendly experiences
  • Optimize content for SEO and GEO targeting to improve visibility, engagement, and website performance metrics
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance across all messaging while advocating for the buyer journey
  • Embrace creativity and a continuous improvement mindset to adapt to evolving market demands

Experience

  • BA with 2–5 years of professional writing experience, ideally in B2B marketing, OR 3–6 years of relevant writing experience without a degree
  • Demonstrated ability to write for both human audiences and SEO optimization
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and content development
