Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Support of Continuous Improvement at Asante by overseeing & facilitating process improvement projects (PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma), mentoring system and team leaders, and consulting around opportunities for improvement are the position’s main focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, health care management, or related field is required

Required Experience

  • 5 years direct professional level work experience in a project leader role to include:

    • Applying performance improvement methodologies, tools and projects (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Performing data collection, analysis and presentation for projects Proficiency with Microsoft office applications like Excel, word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001.

Preferred Certifications

  • Master’s degree in business or health related field
  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing
