Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and professional Sr. Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our contractual relationships. Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contract compliance Maintain accurate contract records and documentation using contract management software Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management Develop and implement contract administration policies and procedures Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that arise Conduct regular contract audits to ensure adherence to terms and conditions Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field 10+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in an international setting Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex contractual issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry-specific contract terms Understanding of business and financial principles Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CCMA) preferred Experience with international contracts and legal frameworks Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is a plus Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
