Description

As a Sr Contracts Representative Project Procurement here at Honeywell, you will serve as a key legal partner supporting project procurement and project execution activities. In this role, you will provide end‑to‑end contracting support for project‑related commercial agreements, helping to ensure alignment with project delivery requirements, compliance with company policies, and effective mitigation of legal and commercial risk. You will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel and work out of our Prague, Czechia location on a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for Internal Candidates Key Responsibilities * Provide legal and commercial contracting support for project procurement activities, including supplier, subcontractor, and project execution/management activites * Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for project‑related agreements, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendment, and close‑out * Support RFx processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP) by advising on contracting strategy, preparing and reviewing commercial terms, and supporting bid evaluation and award activities * Partner with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to align contract terms with project scope, schedules, milestones, and delivery requirements * Develop, negotiate, and maintain standard and non‑standard project contract structures (e.g., MSAs, Statements of Work, framework agreements, subcontract templates, project flowdowns) * Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks, including delivery and schedule risk, warranty exposure, intellectual property protections, limitations of liability, indemnities, and change control mechanisms * Support contract administration during project execution, including handling contract changes, variations, claims, and dispute prevention or resolution * Ensure compliance with Honeywell policies, procurement governance standards, approval authorities, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements * Maintain accurate, audit‑ready contract records and documentation Qualifications for Internal Candidates YOU MUST HAVE * 5+ years of experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts * Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms in a project‑based environment * Experience supporting procurement or project teams in RFx‑related contracting activities * Ability to translate project requirements into enforceable contractual obligations tied to delivery, performance, and acceptance * Experience with contract change management, claims support, and dispute resolution * Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills WE VALUE * Experience with government or public‑sector contracting, including familiarity with regulated procurement processes and flow‑down requirements WE OFFER * Enjoy 25 vacation days per year * Meal allowance * Benefit Plus Cafeteria Card available to all employees * To promote health and wellbeing we provide life insurance coverage, employer contribution to Pension saving scheme or long-term investment product (DIP) * Multisport Card, Makro Card, discount at T-Mobile tariffs and multiple discount programs in our partner network * Fresh fruit twice a week * 3+ hybrid work arrangement to support your work-life balance * Flexible working hours * Work in international environment * Recognition & Referral bonus programs * Employee Assistance Program - Free and confidential service to help with any difficulties regarding work, life and personal or family matters * Honeywell Learning & Development Center – learning platform with over 10,000 courses from Udemy * Frequent Employee Engagement activities fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment * Global employee networks to help you connect and grow * Comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and development to set you up for success, in-house and external learning platforms supporting development opportunities Join Honeywell - A Global Leader in Innovation!
