Job Description We’re looking for a DC Sr. Coordinator Data to join the team and focus on growing our own DC “tMart” to manage the full operations and DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand requirements. Below are some of the responsibilities: Manage all activities related to warehouse operations, such as inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch Oversee and optimize Dark Stores' operations, ensuring that all goods are accurately received, stored, and made available for order fulfillment Manage relationships with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and return processing (GRV - Goods Return Vouchers) Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints Qualifications Good experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred Proven experience in customer service or support roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of billing systems and service management tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Coordinator Data will manage all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch for the Dark Stores (tMart). Responsibilities also include overseeing operations optimization and managing supplier relationships regarding deliveries and returns.
