Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator Quality Control to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq! You will be incharge of managing quality of inbound/outbound products in the warehouse as per the quality standards set by the company. Qualifications MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BUTCHERY Key Responsibilities : 1. Perform inbound QC checks (temperature, shelf life, labeling, product condition). 2. Enforce FIFO/FEFO and proper product segregation. 3. Monitor warehouse hygiene, storage conditions, and cold chain compliance. 4. Lead product rejection and supplier non-conformance reporting. 5. Track supplier performance/evaluation and follow up on CAP. 6. Conduct outbound quality checks before dispatch to stores. 7. Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and compliance with the approved SOPs & procedures . 8. Report & escalate on KPIs (rejections, wastage, deviations) to management in a timely manner . Additional Information What did we order ? 1- At least 3 years QC experience in DC / warehouse / FMCG retail business /Cross dock / food operation 2- Strong knowledge of cold chain and inbound inspection. 3- HACCP / ISO Food Safety certification preferred. Key Competencies : 1- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven 2- Strong coordination with operations and suppliers 3- Decision-making in fast-paced DC environment 3- Proficiency in MS Excel 4- Proficiency in English Language
