This seasoned and strategic Sr. Corporate Sales Manager to oversees our sales operations, ensure the accuracy of sales processes, and drive our corporate sales initiatives and service levels.
Reports to: Operations Manager (process), Dotted line Sales Directors (pricing strategy)
Direct Reports: Business Development Managers, Account Managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Project Management Marketing, or similar experience
  • Proven experience in a senior service management role, preferably in the furniture or commercial design industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Senior Corporate Sales Manager will primarily work in an office setting, with occasional travel to client locations or trade shows. The role requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Sales Operations: Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers in their roles, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Audit Sales Outcomes: Conduct regular audits of sales processes and outcomes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project timelines and corporate goals. Report findings to the Operations Manager.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Including product knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Directors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise in the sales process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
