A well established manufacturing firm is seeking a qualified Sr. Cost Accountant. The Sr. Cost Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Cost Analysis and reporting of manufacturing variances
• Cost variances will include: labor, material, scrap, overhead, etc.
• Inventory analysis and reporting.
• Month end close support, including journal entries.
• Standard cost development in SAP/ERP with supply chain, manufacturing and engineering.
• Forecasting and budgeting related to production/variances.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5+ years’ cost accounting experience (standard costing).
• Advanced Excel, ERP Systems experience.
• Self starter with the ability to work independently.
