All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!
* This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; Overland Park, KS; or Denver, CO. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
At T-Mobile, we don’t just lead in wireless—we lead in redefining what it means to be connected.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Director to help lead and deliver bold, brand-building video work across some of our most high-impact creative initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, helping to guide creative development across the full spectrum of video content—from hype-driven sizzle reels and visionary brand films to crisp explainer videos, thought-leading executive storytelling, and culture-driving social content.
You’ll take projects from the spark of an idea, through pitch and presentation, to production and post—bringing a mix of narrative craft, visual style, and executional excellence to every stage.
As part of T-Studios, you’ll partner closely with designers, copywriters, editors, studio managers, and business leaders to develop integrated creative that moves the brand forward and drives real results. You’ll lead campaigns, present ideas to leadership, and mentor teams across disciplines with clarity, confidence, and care.
This is a role for someone who brings vision, builds trust, and doesn’t mind getting into the details. You leave your ego at the door, bring people along, and push for work that’s smart, fast, and feels like T-Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of video campaign work from concept through production and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic business goals into compelling video direction.
  • Build and present pitch decks that clearly communicate the story and sell through the work.
  • Direct creative execution across video and motion formats—including brand films, sizzle reels, explainer videos, executive storytelling, and short-form social.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship across multiple projects and teams.
  • Champion brand consistency and design excellence while finding new ways to evolve how we show up in video storytelling.
  • Lead creative team members through all phases of creative development, giving direction, structure, and inspiration.
  • Help drive speed, clarity, and creative cohesion across all workstreams.
  • Stay sharp on creative trends, brand storytelling best practices, and new tools—including AI, automation, and emerging video technologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–10 years of creative leadership experience in agency, in-house, or hybrid environments, with deep expertise in video and motion storytelling.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates concept development, storytelling, and high-quality execution across multiple video formats and media channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand, marketing strategy, and how creative drives business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience directing both live-action and motion-driven content, with a strong eye for cinematography, pacing, and editing rhythm.
  • Clear, confident presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring and managing creative teams with empathy and clarity.
  • Curiosity around AI, automation, and how creative workflows are evolving.
  • A team-first mindset, bias for action, and passion for building something bold together.
