As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiries regarding ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs, and returns. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, order changes, returns, monitoring order status, and resolving discrepancies.
