As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will report directly to our Sr Cust Exp Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by managing complex customer inquiries, coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues, and driving continuous improvement in customer care processes.
