In this role, you will drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy by developing and executing impactful marketing programs. Join us in shaping the educational experience for thousands of teachers and students. \n Accountabilities Develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive onboarding, usage, and long-term engagement Create renewal and retention campaigns aligned to customer health metrics Design and deliver onboarding communications and in-app/email journeys Gather, analyze, and present customer engagement and product usage insights Capture and promote customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives Partner internally to represent the voice of the educator and guide customer-first strategies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or related field 5+ years of experience in customer marketing (usage/renewal) or EdTech marketing (required) Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting usage/engagement data Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills Experience developing onboarding, renewal, or advocacy campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally Benefits Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 annually Full-time remote position Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonus eligibility \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
