In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to translate brand priorities into impactful customer strategies and winning execution plans. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, help strengthen customer readiness, and develop scalable tools and frameworks that drive business results. What You Will Do: * Partner with customer sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies * Influence brand and marketing initiatives to align with customer needs and opportunities * Serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying opportunities, risks, and marketplace trends * Lead communication and coordination across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution * Develop compelling sales tools, storytelling, and commercialization support * Support innovation summits, line reviews, and strategic customer engagements * Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve commercial execution * Collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives and business performance What We Look For: * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of experience in CPG, retail, customer marketing, category management, or sales planning * Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills * Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive growth * Ability to influence across functions and lead through collaboration What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $107,000 to $178,000 annually, with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
