Job Description Principales responsabilidades: Generar y consolidar sólidas relaciones a largo plazo con los tomadores de decisión, incluyendo oncólogos, hematólogos, enfermeras, farmacéuticos y el staff médico; Analizar el potencial prescriptivo por especialista y penetración de los competidores; Manejar Cuentas Claves y proveer información del producto y mensajes promocionales a los HCPs a su cargo; Establecer prioridades: objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos desafiantes; estimar los plazos y las actividades de los programas e itinerarios de trabajo; identificar y asignar los recursos; Fomentar el trabajo en equipo, crear y gestionar actividades preventivas y educativas de las patologías relacionadas con nuestros productos bajo su responsabilidad; Uso de técnicas promocionales y de ventas apropiadas; Preparación semanal del plan de visitas y actividades; Mantener una actitud proactiva hacia la Capacitación de producto y enfermedad; Implementar planes de acción con autonomía. Educación: Título universitario completo (Médico Veterinario, Farmacéutico, Bioquímica, Profesorado, entre otros). Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la posición de Representante de Ventas, con fuertes conocimientos y manejo de productos especiales de alto costo. Se considerará tener experiencia de al menos 2 años en el Negocio de Oncología (no excluyente). Poseer Disponibilidad para hacer giras al interior del país Idioma inglés Intermedio a avanzado altamente valorado (no excluyente). Demostrada aptitud para la venta y negociación. Competencias: Visión amplia para ver y analizar los problemas y encontrar soluciones; Aptitud para el trabajo en equipo; Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y habilidad para fomentar relaciones con clientes internos y externos; Planificación y ejecución; Actitud proactiva; Orientación al cliente y a los resultados; Planeamiento y organización personal; Muy buena predisposición al Coaching.
