As a CSM, you’ll be the trusted advisor and growth partner for our valued international clients, guiding them to achieve exceptional results through our performance marketing strategies and solutions.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Total Paid Advertising Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
  • Expertise: At least 3 years in managing Facebook / Google advertising strategies.
  • CMS Expertise: At least 2 years of experience managing WordPress and Shopify Platforms.
  • Commerce and Lead Generation: Demonstrated expertise in both fields.
  • Attribution Tools: 8+ years of experience with Hyros, Wicked Reports, and North Beam.
  • Remote Work: Proven ability to work remotely for at least 4 years.
  • TikTok Experience: 3+ years managing campaigns with a monthly budget of $200K+.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Deep knowledge of CRO, SEO, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in proposal writing and copywriting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or similar.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted growth partner.
  • Strategize, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance on e-commerce (Shopify/WooCommerce) and lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and maximize ROI.
  • Work with attribution tools like Hyros, Wicked Reports, and North Beam to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution and exceed client expectations.
