ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead strategic engagement and satisfaction for our Defense Technology (DefTech) and government customers. This role ensures each customer’s entire lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding to expansion is seamless, impactful, and caters to our customers' needs. You’ll collaborate closely with internal operations and engineering teams to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for growth within our customer base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for DefTech and government clients and their sponsors, driving satisfaction and retention. Lead pre- and post-contract implementation and ensure operational readiness across classified infrastructure solutions. Partner cross-functionally to identify process improvements and expansion opportunities, and to ensure company-wide execution on customer needs. THE SKILLSET: Proven experience managing enterprise or government customer relationships. Strong understanding of defense contracting and government program management. Familiarity with industrial security and classified operations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills. ELIGIBILITY + CLEARANCE You must be eligible to work in the U.S + Secret Clearance Eligible. Salary Range for all departments Salary Range $103,000—$126,000 USD
