As a Sr Customer Support Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and developing a Field Service Engineer (FSE) team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. By effectively managing the customer support function at a senior level, you will contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and business growth. Your leadership and expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation as a customer-centric organization. You will report directly to the SPOT and Parts Leader and remotely work with FSEs near our Raleigh, NC location.
