Role Overview We are looking for a Sr. D&T Analyst – Trade to support Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes for international markets. This role will manage vendor solutions (e.g., Xtel) and integrations with enterprise systems like SAP and GCP while driving business value, adoption, and delivery excellence. Key Accountabilities Partner with global stakeholders to define business outcomes and drive value realization Translate business needs into product backlog (epics/features) and prioritization inputs Lead adoption planning including training, communication, and readiness Manage vendor delivery (scope, timelines, quality) and ensure governance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, tech, support) for execution Drive UAT strategy and ensure feedback is incorporated into improvements Monitor operational health (incidents, defects, enhancements) and enable fixes Support continuous improvement and contribute to Agile workstreams Minimum Qualifications Full-time graduate (mandatory) Experience with TPM/TPO tools (SAP TPM, Kantar Xtel, or similar) Strong stakeholder management across global/cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in international/multi-market implementations Understanding of system integrations (SAP, reporting/analytics tools) COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
