Role Overview We are seeking a Senior D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions across global operations. This role combines RPA, low-code platforms, and next-generation agentic AI to deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation solutions (design through support). Develop RPA and workflow solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate, or ServiceNow App Engine. Design and implement AI-enabled agentic workflows leveraging LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG pipelines). Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, cloud platforms) via APIs and web services. Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security best practices, and governance guidelines. Provide L3 support and drive continuous improvement through monitoring, logging, and optimization. Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact automation initiatives. Required Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in Digital & Technology, with strong focus on intelligent automation. Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA or low-code platform. Practical experience building LLM/GenAI-enabled automation solutions. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
