Responsibilities
Arcfield's Cyber programs are expanding and currently in need of a Sr. Delegated Authorizing Official Representative (DAO-Rep) to support our Customer in CO providing IA systems security engineering, engineering the concept, design, development, implementation, and integration, from E2E, of a system or system component.
Note, an offer for this position is contingent upon contract award.
The Sr. DAO-Rep provides support to the customer in Cyber Security. Daily tasks include, but not limited to:
Ensuring adherence to ICD-503 and customer specific directives/policies through the lifecycle (RMF 1-6) of customer sponsored assets
Providing risk recommendations to the customer after reviewing sponsored asset overall risk posture as part of Authority to Operate (ATO) RMF process
Managing customer sponsored assets’ plan of action and milestones (POAMs) by working with various security stakeholders (ISSO/ISSE/ISSM/SCA) post authorization
Screening new asset requests to ensure sponsorship and information system owner identification
Facilitating System Review Teams to ensure that new/existing customer sponsored assets have the correct project regulation, data type/C-I-A impact assignments, and overlay assignments as well (with customer signoff)
Assigning asset security controls and levy asset specific liens on controls for which the program did not meet during accreditor reviews
Ensuring customer sponsored assets maintain their security postures in accordance with customer identified Continuous Monitoring (RMF step 6) directives and policies
Provide continuous ad hoc authorization-related daily support to both customer and programs
Qualifications
Required:
BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Availability to work in a SCIF environment during core hours (0900-1500; Mon – Fri)
Information Assurance Systems Architect and Engineer (IASAE) knowledge & experience
Knowledge & experience with ICD 503 and customer's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process, networks, computer components, protocols & COTS technology, systems methodologies
Proven experience with RMF Process and NIST standards
Expertise in certification and accreditation documentation
Proficiency with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud) and Cloud Security groups
Skilled in Splunk reporting
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Experience in customer liaison and business development support to include coordinating activities with A&A stakeholders

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
